Pano leads XRC Labs as its Founder and Managing Director. Having founded 4 startups around key platform shifts, he saw the seismic shift coming to retail and with the right vision and timing recruited Parsons School of Design and Kurt Salmon a part of Accenture Strategy to be founding sponsors. Now with 55 accelerated startups, 10 active world-class retail sponsors, 250+ business mentors, Pano has built a world-class ecosystem for retail and consumer goods innovation at XRC Labs. He speaks regularly at NRF national and regional meetings, Shoptalk and RILA executive conferences. He leverages a deep startup network in Silicon Valley, New York, and Boston to fuse leading technology, E-commerce and user experience innovations to existing customer-oriented businesses.
Holly is a Managing Director at XRC Labs where she brings over 20 years of investment experience across consumer product sectors at various stages of growth. Prior to joining XRC, Holly led the consumer practice at Golden Seeds, a venture capital firm and angel network that has invested in over 100 women-lead businesses. In the Equity Research department at both Citigroup and Lehman Brothers, Holly led the firms' consumer products equity research before transitioning to the technology and media sectors. She has been consistently recognized by Institutional Investors’ All American Research Team, ranking No, 1 in each of her coverage areas including: Cosmetics, Household Products, Internet portals and E-Commerce.
Holly has also held positions at Jennison Associates, a New York based Money Management Firm, and as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company. Prior to graduating from Harvard Business School, she worked in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble and in Mergers & Acquisitions at First Boston. Holly is also a consultant and project coordinator for Harvard Business School’s Community Partners, which provides pro-bono advisory services to nonprofit organizations.
Kelly Chen is the Chief Operating Officer at XRC Labs. Kelly joins XRC with over fifteen years of experience on Wall Street, where she covered the retail and consumer space. She started off her career working on II-ranked teams at Lehman, gained buy-side experience on the consumer team at Fred Alger, and was most recently a Director and Senior Analyst at TAG covering the Sporting Goods and Footwear space.
Germaine Lau is the Director of XRC Labs. Germaine is a passionate operator based in New York. In her previous role at eBay, she managed the startup accelerator program, a community-focused corporate program created to pave the way for rising startups to connect with corporations like eBay. Prior to eBay, Germaine spent 7 years in the Fashion Industry with various positions in business planning and strategy for a diverse range of organizations in the US and Asia.
Kirsten is the Principal at XRC Labs, where she leads the development of XRC's relationships with brands and retailers, as well as XRC's startup sourcing and diligence process. She most recently worked at a family office in California sourcing investments in the growing cannabis space. Prior, Kirsten worked at Nomad Goods heading their wholesale sales channels from the ground up and served as the liaison with majors like Best Buy, Urban Outfitters, Williams Sonoma, as well as a variety of specialty boutiques and distributors worldwide.
Kirsten graduated with her Master’s in International Business and Public Policy from Georgetown in the inaugural cohort of a joint program hosted by the McDonough School of Business and McCourt School of Public Policy and received her Bachelor’s from the University of California, Santa Barbara double majoring in Global and International Studies and Linguistics with a minor in Spanish.
Currently Chief Technology Officer at XRC Labs, Pax leads XRC’s internal product and technology development. He also advises XRC portfolio companies on product, and technology. Prior to joining XRC, Pax was a Product Manager at CoVenture. Within two years, Pax built product for/with over 9 of CoVenture’s portfolio companies. Pax then helped CoVenture launch their Crypto Index Fund, where he served as Head of Security, led Crypto Research & Development, and designed state of the art Deep Cold Storage and Crypto Trading OpSec procedures.
Halley is the VP of Business Development at XRC Labs with 10 years of experience as a Luxury marketing and business development consultant in the e-commerce space. Leveraging brand strategy, business development, partnerships and product development expertise to unlock new revenue streams for brands.

Brian is the Business Development Lead at XRC Labs with eight years of startup, innovation accelerator, and fashion retail experience.
Brian's startup experience began at Bizdom, a technology accelerator under Dan Gilbert's Rock Ventures, where he worked in business development before transitioning to a founder-in-residence to launch his own Bizdom funded startup. Brian has also worked in retail with Abercrombie & Fitch and Victoria's Secret, focusing on inventory management and international operations. Most recently, Brian founded TmrwsBig.com, an eCommerce brand he continues to lead in addition to his work at XRC Labs.
Originally from Cleveland, Brian attended the Ohio State University where he specialized in finance and economics. He also studied at Università Luigi Bocconi School of Economics in Milan.
Paolo serves as the Associate Program Director at XRC Labs and holds expertise in design technology, software development, social impact advocacy, digital and media production, and non-profit leadership. He co-founded and led two startups, SCT, a media production and advertising company and iCommp, a tech and design consultancy group housed under the Ateneo Universities in the Philippines.
Paolo holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design in New York City. Additionally, Paolo has built an international network while studying abroad in Paris, Germany, Italy, and Japan.
Dani is the Associate Director of XRC Brand Lab. Prior to joining XRC, Dani was the Director of Marketing and Venture Capital Networks for a nonprofit organization as well as a professional copywriter and proofreader for a boutique marketing agency. Dani holds a BA from American University, where she majored in Law & Society with a minor in International Business. Additionally, Dani studied at the London School of Economics and has built an international network having also lived in São Paolo and Tel Aviv.
