Patrick was previously an associate attorney at two major New York-area law firms, where he focused on complex commercial litigation. Before entering private practice, Patrick served as a law clerk to a federal district court and appellate court judge. Patrick is a native New Yorker, holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School, where he has taught as an adjunct professor.
Jason was formerly a principal at the management consulting firm, Oliver Wyman, where he provided risk consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Jason grew up in Cleveland, Oho and then moved to New York City after graduating from Yale University. He has an M.B.A from New York University as well as an unhealthy fear of all things plastic.
