Lucie Claire Vincent is a consumer goods global leader who has lived and worked in Asia, Latin America, North America and the Caribbean, holding various senior leadership positions across these markets, growing businesses, leading operations, inspiring innovations in products, processes and people.
Most recently, she was the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Global Home (Fabric and Household) Care in New York at Colgate-Palmolive headquarters. Prior, Lucie Claire spent six years in Asia as Vice President and General Manager, and earlier in Latin America as General Manager. Lucie Claire brings extensive expertise in international marketing, global operations, emerging markets, growth and innovation, business strategy and management, and expansion and transition.
Additionally, her broad areas of competence include defining long-term strategy, growth, building brands, innovation and allocation of resources, opening markets for brands and categories, establishing processes, increasing productivity, resizing/redefining organizational structure, governance, talent development, coaching and mentoring.
Lucie Claire received her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Marketing from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, has attended an Executive Education Business Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and has a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University. Lucie Claire speaks Spanish, English and French. She is a Board Member at GallopNYC. Lucie Claire has also been highly committed and involved in different organizations that promote women’s professional development and enhance their competencies in order to build progressive and successful leadership careers.
