Mathew Bernhardt specializes in strategy and operations for the luxury and retail industries. He was the Chief of Staff to the former CEO of LVMH North America and former COO of Richemont North America.
Operating out of the former CEO’s private holding company, Mathew incubated start-ups in fashion, skincare, and spirits. He was also part of the private equity division where he was instrumental in the pursuit of two large Brazilian ventures.
At Richemont, Mathew led the integration of the fashion and accessory brands into the North American business and organization model. He is now managing the acceleration and growth of all omnichannel strategies for the jewelry, watch, and fashion brands.
