Lowell W. Robinson
Mr. Robinson is a highly regarded executive with thirty years of senior global strategic, financial, M&A, operational and governance experience at both Fortune 100 consumer and fashion/retail corporations and diversified financial services companies (Kraft, The Jones Group and Citigroup) and high growth public companies in marketing services/media, technology and digital (Valassis/Advo, HotJobs/YAHOO! and MIVA) where he was CFO and CAO. In addition, he has served on seven public boards, two that exited C-11, and has chaired five audit committees, two compensation committees, transaction committees, special committees of the board and has served as Chairman. These include The Jones Group (Jones Apparel $5B NYSE), Edison Schools, Independent Wireless One ($450 million) and International Wire Group ($1.5 billion).
He is currently on the boards of EVINE Live, which is ranked third in the home shopping omni-channel arena, Aratana Therapeutics (PETX), The Council for Economic Education and the University of Wisconsin Economics Advisory Board. He is also mentoring two internet start ups. Mr. Robinson was Chairman of two GE Capital companies in media, publishing and digital that were turned around and sold. From 2014 - 2016, he was also on the board of Higher One, a NYSE student debit card fintech company that was sold for a significant premium.
Mr. Robinson earned a MBA in Finance from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from The University of Wisconsin.
