Lara is an early stage investor and founder/partner of Glowstone Consulting, which provides marketing strategy for startups. She has experience in many sectors including retail, luxury goods, beauty & fashion, CPG and pharmaceuticals. Prior to Glowstone, she held various strategy roles in digital marketing on the agency side. Most recently, she founded and led the Insights & Planning practice for 360i, working with major CPG brands such as Coca-Cola, Kraft and Estee Lauder. Lara has also worked in retail marketing for Hermes of Paris and Coach. She holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Art History from Vassar College.
