Jessica Kahan Dvorett

Jessica is an SVP at CaaStle and the General Manager for Gwynnie Bee, an online clothing subscription rental service. CaaStle is a fully managed service that allows retailers to offer fully branded subscription rental offerings to their customers. Gwynnie Bee serves as the anchor tenant on the CaaStle platform.

At Gynnie Bee, Jessica drives the ambitious use of data and technology to create a disruptive consumer experience in the retail industry that separates the experience of clothing from the ownership of it. Prior to joining Gwynnie Bee, Jessica was the Head of Global Merchandising at Cole Haan. Earlier in her career, Jessica led strategy, consumer insights, and analytics for the North America and Merchandising organizations at Coach, Inc. She has also held positions of increasing responsibility at McKinsey & Co., Richard Branson's Virgin Group, and Apple. Jessica holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (where she was a Baker Scholar) and a BA in Economics Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College.
