Jeffrey Liss has deep experience in leading major change initiatives in large organizations and is passionate about the rapidly changing digital experience for the retail consumer. His background in management consulting, brick-and-mortar retail, E-commerce and consumer research positions him well to lead in this volatile retail environment. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of FullBeauty Brands. He formerly led Operational Transformation and Digital Services at Ascena Retail Group. Earlier in his career, he spent fifteen years as a management consultant focused on large change programs for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of shared services, enterprise-wide cost reduction, organizational redesign, and technology implementation. He started his career as a CPA in a top public accounting firm. Jeff has also served on the Research Committee for shop.org and the Editorial Advisory Board for RIS News.
