Claudia is a marketing executive who drives transormation for brands by being on the forefront of culture and applying this to the creation of award-winning and high-impact campaigns. She functions at the blurred intersection of cultural and consumer trends, experiential marketing, public relations, promotions, strategic partnerships, influencer marketing and content creation to drive results for clients.
Most recently, Claudia was the CEO of Grey's Activation, PR and Influencer Marketing groups, charged with modernizing and accelerating growth of the agency's integrated offering to its vast array of clients across all categories. Known as an innovator with multiple 'firsts' to her credit, Claudia and her team were critical contributors to Grey's most integrated accounts and are credited with over 100 significant creative and strategic awards since 2011. Claudia herself was awarded the Trailblazing Mom award by Advertising Women of New York and Working Women Magazine in 2014.
Prior to Grey, Claudia was a Managing Director at kbsp and the founder and President of LIME, the Promotions and PR practice within the agency, working hand in hand with the founders at what is known as the first truly integrated agency. At kbsp, Claudia and her team drove many of the agency's most innovative programs and launches across all categories.
Earlier in her career, Strauss headed up global marketing and operations for several arts and antiques organizations, including an auction house based in Geneva, where she drove partnerships with brands including Tiffany, Patek Philippe, Breguet and more.
Claudia has an MBA in Marketing and International Business from NYU's Stern School of Business, is fluent in French, and is passionate about culture, design and travel.
