Adam Weiss


Adam brings almost 20 years of experience working with publishers, brands, retailers, and technology partners and is passionate about digital marketing & all things related to performance marketing.

Adam started his career at 24/7 Media and then at on the Publisher side of the business supporting growth & monetization for key distribution partners. 

He then spent 14+ years at Rakuten Marketing (fka LinkShare) in a variety of roles including Publisher Development, Product Strategy, and eventually running the entire business as General Manager, responsible for the US & EU P&L of the affiliate channel.  As GM, Adam consistently grew a mature enterprise level business, built strong relationships with clients & partners, and helped shaped a roadmap for ongoing success. 


He now runs his own consulting practice supporting innovation & growth in the performance marketing channel.


Adam holds a BA in History from SUNY Buffalo and an MS in Internet Technology for E-Commerce from Pace University.
